Agreement and store use
By using this store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced here. You must provide accurate information, use the store lawfully, and be able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Products, prices, and orders
We work to present accurate descriptions, images, availability, and prices, but may correct errors before fulfillment. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt and does not require us to accept an order. We may limit or cancel orders for suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, legal restrictions, or misuse, and will return captured funds for cancelled items.
Payment, shipping, and returns
Payment terms are described in the Payment Policy. Delivery estimates and limits are in the Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these terms.
Intellectual property and prohibited conduct
Store content may be used for personal shopping purposes only. You may not copy, scrape, interfere with, reverse engineer, introduce malicious code into, or misuse the store, its accounts, or another person’s information, except where law expressly permits.
Third-party services and responsibility
Payment, hosting, delivery, and other third-party services may be governed by their own terms. To the fullest extent allowed by law, services are provided without implied guarantees beyond non-waivable consumer rights, and liability is limited to losses directly arising from our breach. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a revised version. Applicable United States law and any mandatory law that protects you govern without creating a fictional venue or limiting non-waivable consumer rights.
